    We acquired 2 companies: Polioles in Lerma that produces EPS, glycols, polyurethanes and specialty chemicals and the Nylon de Mexico that produces nylon and polyester fibers

    We incorporate 2 new companies: Fibras químicas, now Akra, that produces industrial and textile yarns and Petrocel that produced DMT, a raw material for polyester

    Integration of EPS plant from Poliles

    Tereftalatos Mexicanos a PTA plant was acquired
