:: ALFA Completes Acquisition of PET Plants
San Pedro Garza Garcia, N.L. Mexico, December 3, 2007. - ALFA, S.A.B. of C.V. (ALFA) the Mexican conglomerate, announced today the closing of the acquisition of two PET plants, one in Mexico and the other in Argentina. Both plants belonged to Eastman Chemicals. The announcement of this transaction was made September 17, 2007.
